Official letter No.2550/TCT-CS on 18th July, 2012 responding to CIT policy

 

In case,  the founding members do not contribute enough capital, the lacked capital will be contributed by other organizations and individuals. The capital contribution is adopted by the founding members and approved by the authority; if founding members do not receive  any income then the capital contribution should not be considered transfer of capital invested in business as prescribed in clause 1, clause 3, Article 1 of Decree 122/2011/ND-CP dated 27/12/2011
